The BSR Cultural Pearls Team invites you to the next pearl learning session open to all interested parties “Participatory methods” with PhD Anne Tortzen, on January 15th 2025, from 09.00-10.00 CET
What is participatory methods and co-creation? How can it add value? And what does it take to succeed?
These are some of the questions this learning session will shed light on. It aims to give in understanding and a language for discussing the challenges and nuances involved in working with participatory methods from a municipality perspective. Participants will gain an understanding of the role municipal employees can play in participatory facilitated processes, as well as the mindset it requires.
Anne Tortzen is an expert in citizen engagement and co-creation She wrote her PhD about co-creation in Danish municipalities and written multiple books about the topic. She has more than 20 years of experience with communication, engagement, and local democracy, where she also has worked as a process consultant. She is the founder and director of the Center for Citizen Dialogue: Center for Borgerdialog v. Anne Tortzen – inddragelse/samskabelse
